If you are moving into Alaska and already have guardianship or conservatorship in another State, you may be able to transfer the order into Alaska.  If you have an order in Alaska and are moving to another State, you may be able to transfer outside Alaska.  This short video will give an overview of the process either way.  The links will provide the correct petition needed to start the process.  Call us at ASAGA with any questions.
